The Experience
Perfect for the adventurous, our Try-a-Dive experience is an unforgettable introduction to scuba diving. Many participants enjoy it so much that they go on to complete a full training course.
Declared a Marine Protected Zone in 2019, this area now boasts thriving marine life. Even at shallow depths, divers regularly see rays, moray eels, large shoals of fish, and occasionally turtles.
Your experience
Step by step through your first dive
Your experience begins at the dive centre with equipment fitting and a clear, easy-to-understand briefing covering safety, basic skills, ear clearing, and underwater movement.
We head by boat to a stunning dive site beneath the dramatic cliffs of Los Gigantes, where a second briefing explains water entry, the dive route, and what marine life you might encounter.
With a maximum student-to-instructor ratio of 2:1, you'll receive close supervision and assistance throughout. After getting comfortable at the surface, you'll begin your descent.
You'll descend gradually to around 2 metres, progressing to 5–6 metres as confidence builds, enjoying a relaxed guided tour of the site.

GoPro camera hire
Underwater GoPro camera hire is available. Your instructor will take photos and video of your experience, allowing you to take home lasting memories. The SD card is yours to keep.
Ideal for families
This trip is ideal for families, with the option for some members to dive while others snorkel. Water temperatures range from 24°C in August and September to around 19°C in February and March.
Private trips
